that power is only good as long as there's still NOS in the bottle. From having used to own a car that ran NOS, I know how quickly the NOS runs out and what a PITA and expen$ive to refill the sucker, I wouldn't say having NOS is like have turbos on a NA. I can have air/liquid intercooler that runs ice water. But when that water turns hot, there goes the advantage. Anyway, freezing the IC into a solid block of ice probably won't work too well in reality. It's kinda like a igloo.
